Reynold Acosta | Co-Founder & CEO
Reynold has more than 30 years of combined experience as a Chaplain and businessman. He has worked in Higher education for 20 years. His passion is to help others recognize their strengths and utilize them to change their situation. He believes we can all live a life of happiness, love, and meaning. His energetic energy and positive outlook on life are infectious and help him connect quickly as a mentor and coach. He has impacted many lives and still hears from people who he has helped years later. He not only believes in the techniques, but uses them daily when faced with challenges himself.

Diana Ventura | Co-Founder & Director of Program Development, Instruction & Assessment
For the past three years, Diana has partnered with youth-serving organizations leading evaluation teams in collecting and analyzing data to improve programmatic processes. Her mission in conducting high-quality evaluations ensures that children and youth are effectively served and have excellent outcomes. While earning her Master's in Positive Developmental Psychology and Evaluation, her research interest encompassed the development of purpose and character in adolescents & young adults. Ultimately her calling is to help others experience the fulfillment of one's purpose and help maximize their potential.
Betty Varghese | Co-Founder & Executive Director of Wellness & Counseling
For more than 20 years, Betty has worked as a licensed mental health counselor. She has 17 years experience in higher education. Her calling in life is to help and encourage others. She believes that your past does not have to define your future. By looking at life with a different set of lenses you can be who you want to be. Her style of creating a non-judgmental and loving space helps her clients thrive. As a mentor and coach, she helps people find their hidden strengths and empowers them to make the necessary changes to attain their goals.
